Seminar on Innovative Entrepreneurship in MSME Sector for Global Competitiveness was organised in Sandip University, Sijoul, Madhubani on 17th and 18th of December, 2022.

Madhubani. A seminar was organised on Innovative Entrepreneurship in MSME Sector for Global Competitiveness in Sandip University. The committee of seminar comprises of Chief Patron, Chancellor Shri Nityanand Jha, Chairman Dr Sandip N. Jha, Vice – Chancellor Dr Samir Kumar Varma, Advisory Committee chairman: Shri Vivek Nikam, OSD.Conference Chair: Dr. Rao MVKSrinivasa Rao, Dean, School of Commerce and Management, Advisory Committee Vice- Chairman:Dr B.N. Tripathi, Dean Academics, Secretary:RaunakHussian, Deputy Registrar, Sandip University,Sijoul.

The Day 01 Technical session was addressed was Shri Satish Kumar, Assistant Director, Ministry of MSME, New Delhi andDr MVK. Srinivasa Rao, Dean, School of Commerce and Management. Day 02 Technical session on Energising MSMEs towards Global Competitiveness was addressed was Dr Aruna Tiwari AVP CIPAM, Ministry of Commerce, New Delhi and Assistant Director, MSME, Muzaffarpur.

The seminar comprises of Business Plan Presentation Theme, Govt. Support for the Development of MSME Sector in Bihar, India, The Opportunities and Challenges for the start ups in Bihar, India, Entrepreneurship in Retail Sector.All the HoDs of the Sandip University were present in the seminar. The faculty members as well as students of School of Commerce and Management attended and participated in seminar.

The Innovation play key role for sustainable Entrepreneurship which involves solving the problems of a business or society in more gainful way. Successful Entrepreneurship and MSME Strategic Development with new startups is conditioned by factors such as: MSME leadership, Support from Local and Central Institutions, Conditions of financial sector, Structure of the MSME sector, business environment and approaches to regional markets besides Innovation and Technology. Entrepreneurship promotes the search for competitive advantages by bringing products, processes and innovations to market. Entrepreneurial activities seek new markets or strategic competitive position for firms in order to create profits. In view of the dynamic conditions of emerging economies, the development of MSME Sector needs a good support form Innovative entrepreneurship along with the Support from Govt. Agencies and Educational Institutions. For this a Seminar on -IE-MSME: SU 2022 was conducted in Sandip University.
